These terms govern use of deltamontdesk.com. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory legal protections take priority over inconsistent wording.

Store operator

Deltamont Desk is a trading name of DELTAMONT DIGITAL SUPPLY LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. Deltamont Desk is not a separate legal entity. DELTAMONT DIGITAL SUPPLY LLC operates the store and is responsible for orders, customer service, returns, and refunds. Our business address is 2529 C Highway 227, Carrollton, KY 41008, United States. Using the website

You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase agreement, or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate order and contact details. Do not impersonate another person, misuse payment information, distribute malicious software, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access. Keep any account credentials confidential and report suspected misuse promptly.

We may restrict abusive or unlawful activity proportionately. Such action does not erase our duties for existing paid orders, lawful refunds, or statutory rights. Account creation is not required merely to email customer service.

Product information

Read each product page for dimensions, materials, compatibility, included quantities, and care instructions. Screen settings can affect displayed colors, but products must materially match their description. Devices and decorative accessories shown in lifestyle photographs are included only when the product description says so. General website terms do not cure a misleading product listing.

Intellectual property and submissions

Website content belongs to its owner or licensor. You may view and save information for personal shopping use. Commercial reproduction requires the relevant rights holder's permission. We do not claim rights to third party trademarks simply because they appear in product compatibility information.

If you submit a review or image for publication, it must reflect a real experience and you must have permission to share it. You authorize use for the purpose for which you submitted it. We do not require an unrestricted transfer of ownership or suppress a review solely because it is negative. Do not submit private information about another person without permission.

Platform and third parties

Shopify supplies the ecommerce platform. Payment and delivery providers may supply their respective services. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as seller. External links may have their own terms and privacy notices; a link does not change your rights against us.

Availability and responsibility

Maintenance, technical faults, and security issues may affect availability. We will address material issues affecting accepted orders. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies. No general disclaimer authorizes withholding an owed refund or supplying a materially different product.

Law complaints and changes

Kentucky law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them. We do not impose mandatory private arbitration, a class action waiver, or an exclusive foreign court requirement through these terms. Competent courts and lawful complaint channels remain available.

Please contact support@deltamontdesk.com first so we can investigate a complaint. This is a preference, not a waiver of legal rights. Updated terms apply prospectively from publication and do not retroactively reduce rights under an existing order.
